When will the registration open?
Registration will be possible during October 2021.
Registration is full, what can I do?
Wait. We will inform you when there are free spots available. You can also find this information in the News section. You can also keep track of your nickname in the pending registration approval list section of the website (currently under construction), to see where your registration status is in relation to other attendees. If an already approved registration is cancelled for any reason, the place of the registration will be given to the next person on the list, and so on. A re-registered participant will be placed at the end of the registrations pending approval list. The 10-day payment deadline for KRAZ z.s. will begin the following day after you receive your approval email.
Can I cancel and obtain a refund for my paid registration?
Registration fee is used to cover the cost of the con including advanced payments. Therefore, the fee usually cannot be refunded. However, it is possible to transfer the registration fee and a place at the accommodation facility to another attendee if approved by organizers. The financial matters between the original and the receiving attendee are the sole responsibility of the attendees, KRAZ z.s. has no role in the financial transfer. Also, the receiving attendee will receive all commitments of the original attendee (including room sharing). Use the Contact Form to initiate this process.
I am not 18. Can I also participate?
Unfortunately, not. The consite is strictly accessible for people over the age of 18, with no exceptions. If you reach the age of 18 by 29th October 2021, you will be allowed to join the consite. Please contact the orgateam first using the contact form found on the website.
I can't find the reduced registration package in my registration.
You won't - the price of reduced registration package is calculated automatically by the system, depending on which date of arrival you chose in the My accomodation section.
When do I have to transfer the payment to KRAZ z.s.
Within 10 days of approved registration. If you do not, your registration will be cancelled without prior notice. The time will begin from the day following your registration approval, starting at 00:01 and ending after 10 days at 23:59. You can repeat the registration after this time, but you risk no longer having an available place.
How will I know about my payment status to KRAZ z.s.
Within 5 business days, you will receive an email confirming your payment for registration along with other instructions.
Something has happened and I can not pay within 10 days of registration.
In that case, please let us know as soon as possible using the contact form on the website. We will consider each situation on a case by case basis. Otherwise, registration will be cancelled 10 days after registration approval.
Is it possible to pay using a credit card at the convention?
Yes, the Botel's restaurant and reception allows paying by card.
The event was cancelled, what to do?
Please remain calm and wait for an e-mail from orgateam, where all the details and next steps will be specified.
If the event is cancelled due to an unpredictable events (such as exceptional government regulation) the registration (along with all its details) will be moved to the next year without the possibility of a refund (also see Registration rules).
I can't attend the event due to my personal problems (health, goverment regulations), do i have a right for a refund?
Unfortunatelly, no. The organizer doesn't bear any responsibility for attendee's personal or health problems. However, it is still possible to resell your registration to another attendee.
In case that the event takes place, but you cannot attend it due to goverment regulations (closed borders), your case will be evaluated individually. Preffered option will be reselling your registration to another attendee, in extreme cases (under the condition of FHP having at least 100 paying attendees except orgateam and helper team) an option of moving your registration fee to next year will be considered.
From what time is it possible to arrive at the consite?
Arrival is possible from 14:00 CEST, Thursday or Friday.
By what time do we have to depart from the consite?
Rooms will need to be vacated by 13:00, the official closing of the event is at 14:30. It is possible to store your luggages at the place until the official closing of the event.
When will I be able to choose a room?
You will be able to choose rooms on the website as soon as you receive the email confirming receipt of your payment for registration to KRAZ z.s.

What meals will be available at the convention?
All meals are being served at the Botel's restaurant. Breakfast is in a banquet form and is included in the base registration price. Lunches and dinners are a three - course menu selection which can be bought separately.
Is the bar available on site?
Yes, the bar will be available each day during his regular opening hours.
May I participate if I won't be of legal age on the day of the outing?
Yes, however, KRAZ z.s. bears no responsibility for you, as the outing is a public event. If you are not of a legal age, we advise your parents to supervise.
Will there be refreshments for the suiters?
Yes, bottled water and sweets for replenishing your lost energy will be available on place at our helpers.
I’d like to participate but I don't have a fursuit.
Most of the furries don’t have a fursuit and don’t even plan it. It is okay to just come, watch, play, speak, take photos or hug with your favourite suiters. Feel free to come in your human self and enjoy the outing with us.
What to avoid at the outing?
It is not wanted to bring any leather fursuits, latex suits or fursuits leaving your bare skin uncovered. Do not wear any BDSM utilities or tools or devices directly related to fetishes (leather harnesses, leads or similar).
What are the general rules for registration and behavior at KRAZ?

Will there be a “headless” lounge at the consite?
For the needs of fursuiters, a headless lounge will be provided on the site, where you can dry your furry self, relax and refresh yourself. Refreshments in this room will be complimentary for fursuiters.
Will there be a shuttle on the consite?
Due to the location of the Albatros botel, making an individual shuttle is not possible. However, for all accomodated participants, shuttle to the outing (and back) is secured by rented private buses.
Can I bring my dog? What will I need?
Unfortunately, that's not possible.
Will there be any organized excursions?
There is a night boat cruise on Friday, included in the basic registration price (see more at the Entertainment page).
Will be WiFi available at the consite?
Yes, the Botel provides its own wifi.
How do I upload a picture for my conbadge?
You can upload the image manually from your personal page (on the website), where you can enter the name and password.
The image used must meet the following conditions:
- Supported formats: JPEG, PNG (transparency will be ignored), GIF, TIFF.
- Maximum size: 2 MB
- Recommended dimensions: 1125 × 1500 px (W x H, aspect ratio 3:4). Images will be adjusted to the correct size and eventually cropped. Too small picture will be probably blurred when scaling up. In your own interest, upload big enough images.
What's the deadline for uploading the image badge?
You can upload your image badge until 25th October 2021, 18:00.
