Rules

I. Event Rules

I.1 These rules are binding on all participants and consent to them is a condition of registration and participation in the event. Organizers have the right to remove anyone who violates these rules from the premises of the Event without any compensation.

II. Registration Rules - General

II.1 Entrance to the event will be allowed only to individuals who register on time at www.fursuithalloween.eu, are approved and pay a registration fee (hereinafter referred to as the "participant"). Any individual can only register once.

II.2 The organizers reserve the right to reject the registration approval or cancel the whole registration of any future or already approved entrant without giving any reason.

II.3 The data requested during registration is required either in order to fulfill the con obligations or are subject to consent to processing. The consent to processing is approved by the participant by registration for the con (see more here). If there is any change in the data provided, the participant is obliged to report these changes to the organizers as soon as possible using the contact form.

II.4 Organizers will use email as one of the main means of communication. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided, the ability of the supplied email address to receive mail sent by the registration system or the organizers, and for tracking the incoming email regarding participation in the event.

II.5 Participants who are less than 18 years of age at the commencement of the convention can not participate.

III. Registration Rules - Payment

III.1 The Participant is required to pay their registration fee within 10 days from the moment their registration has been approved. In case of missing the deadline, the registration will be deleted.

III.2 If a participant cancels their registration after paying the registration fee, they are not entitled to a refund. However, they may transfer the registration fee and their registration to another participant. Transfer of the registration must be approved by the organizers. By the act of the transfer, all the obligations are transferred to the new participant.

III.3 By finishing the registration, the participant agrees that in case of cancellation of the event due to unpredictable events (such as exceptional government regulation), their registration will be moved to next year and their paid registration (along with all its details) will ensure a possibility to participate in the event's alternative date. If the event takes place, but attendee will not be able to attend due to the reasons listed above, his case will be evaluated individually with a priority of reselling his registration, in extreme cases (under the condition of attendance of at least 100 paying attendees) with a possibility to transfer their registration fee to the next year.

III.4 A binding order is created the moment it is assigned to the participant account of the Event. The payment for the Binding order takes place at the venue of the Event (the exact place and time will be determined by the organizer of the Event during the Event) in cash in CZK/EUR. The Binding order is created by a third party, not KRAZ z.s., and the third party also regulates the payment options / requirements. The payment is also required in case the participant will not participate in the program item subject to the Binding order for any reason. The Binding order becomes invalid only in case of canceling the program item, about which the Participants are informed in advance.

III.5 In case of unpaid claims on the side of the participant against the company KRAZ z.s. or third parties cooperating with KRAZ z.s. (including Binding orders),  the participant may be denied access to all KRAZ z.s. events until he pays off all of his unpaid claims. In case of repeated issues with payments, the participants can be prohibited from attending  KRAZ z.s. events.

III.6 The Participant acknowledges that, if registration fee is paid using the payment system Revolut, they lose all rights for a refund for any reason.

III.7 We do not accept payments from Russia, Belarus and North Korea. 

IV. Event Rules - General

IV.1 The official languages ​​of the Event are Czech and English. Materials and important announcements will be available in Czech and English. Participants are expected to be able to communicate in one of these languages.

IV.2 Each convention participant is obliged to wear their assigned “conbadge” during the entire course of the event. Organizers are marked with a red lanyard. If you have a problem, a question, or someone will be bothering or even threatening you, contact any organizer without delay.

IV.3 All participants are required to comply with local laws and regulations and to ensure that their actions do not endanger themselves or others in their surroundings. They are also required to obey the instructions of the organizers.

IV.4 Participants may not, by their behaviour, noise or other means, interfere with the program or harass other participants.

IV.5 In the event of particularly serious or repeated violations, the KRAZ z.s. can exclude a participant from attending the convention. In such a case, he or she is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee or a part thereof.

IV.6 The decision of the organizer or members of the security team may be appealed to the organizing committee against the decision of the organizer or members of the security team. The decision of the organizing committee is final and no further appeal is possible.

V. Event Rules - Accommodation

V.1 If not stated otherwise, accommodation begins on the first day of the Event at 15:00 and ends on the last day of the Event at 11:00. 

V.2 Accommodation selection is unlocked for the Participant after the payment for their Registration has been approved, and after the deadline for Accommodation selection has passed. The deadline can be found either at the Home or My Accommodation page.

V.3 It is forbidden for participants to spend time and/or sleep in other rooms than the one selected by/for them during the Registration. Violation of this rule is considered to be particularly serious.

V.4 Accommodation with a dog is not possible.

V.5 Participant acknowledges that any damages caused on the room's or hotel's equipment during their stay there are their financial responsibility and payment for the damage done can be enforced by the Hotel.

V.6 Participants who are not registered for stay at the Hotel are not permitted for overnight stays. Similarly, it is forbidden for registered participants to provide overnight stays in a hotel room to others. Violation of this rule is considered to be particularly serious.

VI. Event Rules - Belvedere Hotel

VI.1 Participants are required to ensure the adequacy of their behaviour and attire throughout the Hotel. Behaviour and attire that belongs to the privacy of rooms must remain inside the rooms.

VI.2 It is forbidden to use any illegal substances in the area of ​​the Hotel.

VI.3 It is forbidden to consume drinks and beverages that have not been purchased on-site in all of public areas of the Hotel, namely in all Lounges. Violation of this rule may result in a monetary fine issued to the Participant by the Hotel.

VI.4 Smoking (cigarettes, heated tobacco, shishas, vaporizers etc.) is not allowed anywhere on Hotel premises. Violation of this rule is considered to be particularly serious.

VI.5 It is prohibited to bring any firearms, stabbing and cutting weapons of any kind. If you wish to bring a prop or a gun model, you have to consult the Orgateam first, which has to confirm your demand. Owner of any gun prop that hasn't been approved by Orgateam will be banished from the consite without any compensation.

VI.6 Attendees with a non-accommodation registration packages are prohibited from entering the accommodation sections of the Hotel and are required to limit their stay in the Hotel just for its public areas and Lounges. 

VII. Event Rules - Friday's Warm-Up Party

VII.1 Only Participants registered for the Event, with a paid registration package for the Friday's Warm-Up Party, are eligible of accessing this part of an Event. Tickets are not sold in place. 

VII.2 Attendees with a registration package for Friday's Warm-Up Party are allowed to only enter the public part of the Hotel, and are required to limit their stay for the public areas of the Hotel and its Lounges, namely Letná Lounge (Artist Alley) and Great Lounge (Warm-Up Party). 

VII.3 It is forbidden to bring and consume drinks and beverages that have not been purchased on-site in all spaces of the Warm-Up Party, namely in the Great Lounge. Violation of this rule may result in a monetary fine issued to the Participant by the Hotel.

VII.4 Participants are required to keep the night's calm during the night's calm time when outside of the Great Lounge, including streets surrounding the Hotel.

VII.5 It is forbidden to use any smoke effects, as well as be smoking (cigarettes, heated tobacco, shishas, vaporizers etc.) in all spaces of the Warm-Up Party. Violation of this rule is considered to be particularly serious.

VII.6 It is forbidden to use any party accessories that could dirty or damage the Hotel's equipment (eg. coal, fake blood, confetti or similar). Violation of this rule may result in a monetary fine of 3000 CZK issued to the Participant by the Hotel.

VII.7 The main program of the Warm-Up Party ends at 23:30 in the Great Lounge. Accommodated participants may continue with the program in the Memphis Club as a part of the After-Warm-Up Party. Participants not accommodated in the Hotel (meaning all registration packages without Accommodation) are not eligible to enter the Memphis Club and the After-Warm-Up Party.

VIII. Event Rules - Saturday's AfterParty

VIII.1 Only Participants registered for the Event, with a paid registration package for the Saturday's AfterParty, are eligible of accessing this part of an Event. Tickets are not sold in place. 

VIII.2 Attendees with a registration package for Saturday's AfterParty are allowed to enter the ground floor and the basement of the Mecca Club. Participants with a Sponsors package on top are allowed to enter the upper, VIP floor of the Mecca Club as well. 

VIII.3 It is forbidden to bring and consume drinks and beverages that have not been purchased on-site in all spaces of the AfterParty. Violation of this rule may result in a monetary fine issued to the Participant by the Club.

VIII.4 Participants are required to keep the night's calm during the night's calm time when outside of the Mecca Club, including streets surrounding the Club.

VIII.5 Smoking (cigarettes, heated tobacco, shishas, vaporizers etc.) if forbidden in all spaces of the Mecca Club. Violation of this rule is considered to be particularly serious.

VIII.6 Shuttle bus service FHP25, running between the Belvedere Hotel and the Mecca Club, is for accommodated participants only.

VIII.7 It is forbidden to consume any drinks and beverages on the inside of the shuttle bus.

IX. Event Rules - GDPR

IX.1 By participating in the event, the participant gives the organizers the consent to use the pictures and videos taken in the publicly accessible areas where they are captured for the purpose of presenting the convention.
